For venues & organizers
List your events once. We'll keep them in sync.
Run a bar, club, collective, or recurring event? Scene can pull your events in automatically and mark you as a trusted host — so you spend less time re-posting and more time running great events.
Verified host badge
Approved venues and organizers get a Verified badge on every listing — a trust signal that tells attendees the event is legit and comes straight from you.
Automatic import
Already publish a calendar? Share the link once and your events flow into Scene on their own — no re-typing. Trusted feeds can even skip the moderation queue.
How auto-import works
- 1. Send us your calendar link. An iCalendar (.ics) feed is best (most event tools, ticketing platforms, and website plugins can export one); RSS also works. New to this? Follow our step-by-step guide to creating a calendar feed.
- 2. We register it. We set your default city and event type and turn on the verified-host badge.
- 3. It stays in sync. Feeds are fetched daily, de-duplicated so re-runs update rather than double-post, and trusted sources auto-approve.
Sell tickets and get paid
Scene isn't just a listing — you can sell tickets for your event and get paid. Scene is the merchant of record: buyers pay Scene, and we pay out your full ticket price after the night. Offer multiple packages and add-ons, set early-bird pricing tiers, run promo and presale codes, comp a guest list, scan people in at the door, and refund with one tap. Buyers pay by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay and save their ticket to Apple or Google Wallet — the one that fits their phone. You keep 100% of your ticket price — buyers pay a small 5.9% + $0.79 per ticket service fee at checkout, card processing included. Prefer an all-in price? You can absorb the fee so buyers see a clean total instead.
Add your venue & set up import
Add your venue's details below — logo, address, capacity, socials, and a calendar feed (.ics or RSS) to auto-import your events. A moderator reviews it, gets you verified, and it goes live.
