SCENE

Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated July 6, 2026

Scene exists for a consent-driven, adult community. These rules keep it safe and keep us in good standing with our partners. They apply to everyone and are part of our Terms of Service.

Consent and safety first

Everything on Scene assumes enthusiastic, informed consent among adults. Content or events that promote non-consensual activity, or that involve minors in any way, are strictly forbidden and will be reported where required by law.

You must not

  • Break the law, or use Scene to facilitate illegal activity.
  • Involve anyone under 18, or content sexualizing minors — zero tolerance.
  • Harass, threaten, dox, or incite hatred or violence against people or groups.
  • Post another person's private information or images without consent.
  • Upload sexually explicit media. Scene lists events; it is not a platform for explicit content, and our payment providers prohibit it.
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent events, tickets, or listings.
  • Spam, scrape, scam, or abuse the platform, its users, or its systems.
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with a venue or organizer.

Organizers

If you list or sell tickets to an event, your information must be accurate, you must have the right to run it, and you are responsible for the event, admission, safety, and all applicable laws, licenses, and taxes at your location.

Enforcement

We may remove content, cancel listings, refuse or reverse sales, and suspend or ban accounts for violations — with or without notice. Serious violations may be reported to the authorities.

Reporting

See something wrong? Report it from the event or profile, or via the support page. We take safety reports seriously.
