If you're already into rope, bring some and do some public demos. If you're curious about rope, come out and ask questions. (If you're brave enough, volunteer for a demo.) This will be more of a hangout with informal instruction, rather than a lecture or class format. Spare rope will be available. This is open to the general public, so be aware that you may see non-scene folks there. With any luck, they'll be into it before the night is over.
